She was born in Washington county, Iowa, where she was married to Charles C. Myers, April 2, 1903. They came to Kansas locating in the High Prairie neighborhood.She moved to Fredonia in 1924, where she lived until seven years ago when she came to Chanute. She had been there with her daughter and family for about a year. Mr. Myers died November 20, 1930. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Wilson Pitman and two grandchildren and her brother and four sisters.
