Walter J. BEST was my Great Great Grandfather. He married Anna Belle "Bella" (née CUMMINGS) MORRISON. Her first husband, Thomas J. MORRISON passed away in 1888, leaving her with two small children - Rose Maria MORRISON (1884 - 1899) and James F. MORRISON (1886 - 1905). Bella and Walter were married on December 6, 1890. Together, they had Walter Henry BEST on June 19, 1892. Bella passed away on October 8, 1941.
Sadly not much else is known about Walter, but we are in contact with that side of the family and are learning more each and every day.
