J. D. Adams Dies
In Detroit;
Services Monday
J. D. Adams, formerly Graves County, died at 10 a.m. Friday at the New Grace Hospital in Detroit. He was 46.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Johnnie Adams; two daughters, Janice and Joan; one son, Paul Edward, all of Detroit,; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Adams, Sedalia; two brothers, Charles Adams and Robert Adams, both of Peoria, Ill.; and one sister, Mrs. Forrest McClain, Sedalia.
Funeral services are tentatively set for 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Salem Methodist Church. Rev. Lois Kingston will officiate.
Burial will be in the Salem Church cemetery.
Following funeral services in Detroit, friends may call at the Hopkins and Brown Funeral Home in Wingo.
