Amarintha Williams married Francis A. Alford on 4 Apr 1855 in Madison Co MS. According to the 1870 census, Francis was a Methodist Episcopal minister in Burton, Washington Co. TX. In 1860, he and Amarintha were in Rankin, MS, where he was also a minister.
