The 1930 U.S. Census indicates that she, her husband, and their teenage son Lawrence were living in Howard County at that time. Eventually, she and her husband began to farm in the Duke area of Scioto County, Ohio. She, her husband Louis and their son Lawrence lie buried just inside the gate and to the left as one enters Harmon Cemetery.
