From the Owatonna (MN) People's Press, November 25, 1904:

Death of Mrs. Jennie Edwardson

Mrs. Jennie Edwardson, whose death occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O.O. Prestegaard, in Aurora township on Sunday evening, November 13, was in her ninety-eight year, being one of the oldest women in this county. Complication of troubles arising from old age was the cause of her death. The funeral services were held from the Norwegian Lutheran church in Havana, Wednesday afternoon, November 16. Rev. R.P. Vossbotten, of Waseca, officiated. The interment was made in the cemetery nearby. The decedent was a native of Norway, being born at Lerdal, Norway. She was married in the old country. In 1867, Mr. and Mrs. Edwardson and family came to the United States and settled in Aurora township. Mr Edwardson passed away in 1891. The decedent is survived by a family of grown up children which includes Mrs. Seming Hanson, Lemond; Mrs. Lewis Lewison, Havana; Mrs. O.O. Prestegaard, Sr., Messrs James and Nels Edwardson, all of Aurora.
