He was a meat cutter for Swift & Co. for 28 years. Mr. Westbrook was a member of the R.E. Sherman Masonic Lodge and Chapter No. 8 Order of the Eastern Star. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Kansas City, KS. His wife, Christine M. Westbrook, preceded him in death on October 15, 1978. Mr. Westbrook was survived by four daughters: Harriet Smith, Hazel Sorrell, Joyce (Imler) Moursund, and Carolyn Hewitt and their spouses; a brother, Vincent Westbrook; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
