Leonard was born to William Beauregard Gray and Myrtle Allie Cecil Gray. He married Ethel Mae Hanna and had two sons: James Keith Gray and Kenneth Dale Gray.
During WWII, Leonard was with an Army photographer and with the Army unit that invaded Dachau, one of the Nazi concentration camps. Many of his photographs appeared in Time Life publications.
Leonard's career was as a printer for Amerada Hess, an oil company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Leonard's parents were William Beauregard Gray and Myrtle Allie. William's parents were John Wilson Gray (1845-1933) and Lucy Jane Bradshaw (1850-1914). John Wilson Gray's parents were John Henry Gray (1818-1892) and Hannah Cyport (1820-1899). John's findagrave memorial is 29195242.
Leonard is buried in Section 28, Lot 278.
