Mrs. Eva Jane Walker, 81 years old of Sayre, Oklahoma and formerly of the Van Buren and Alma area died Monday, March 13, 1967 in a rest home at Elk City, Oklahoma. She had been ill for a long while.

Survivors are one son, Almon Eugene Reeding of Spokane, Washington; five daughters, Myrtle of Roland, Oklahoma, Urcy Linn of Sayre, Ruth of Amarillo, Texas, Stella of Lamont, California, and Mattie of Borger, Texas; 24 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Assembly of God church at Sayre were she was a member. A second service was held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Sunny Side Assembly of God church near Van Buren, Arkansas. The pastor James Villani will officiate. Burial directed by Ocker Funeral Home will be in Alma City cemetery.

These nephews were the casket bearers, J. B., Thomas, Harold, Reginald, John and Ernest.
