Carol is the third child of John Hancock Jr. and Clara Bernice "B" Wedum. Her daughter Lori Lynn was born of her first marriage to Jim Waller. Her daughter Lisa Michelle was born of her second marriage to Aaron Johnson. She is predeceased by third husband Doug Chiaverini. Carol's passion for horses began in her childhood, when she became a champion english-style rider. In her later years, she fulfilled her dream by building from scratch a ranch where she bred, raised and trained Arabian horses.
