OBIT - Mrs. Edna Ruth Bailey 57 of 369 Ray Ave., New Philadelphia died this am following a 1 month illness. A native of Cambridge she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine Barker Sickels. She resided in New Philadelphia 34 years. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are her husband John, 3 sons, Dale R, John Jr., New Philadelphia and Paul D. of Carrollton; 4 daughters, Mrs. Earl (Bonnie) Youngen, Mineral City, Mrs. Betty Haugh of New Philadelphia, Mrs. Jo Anne Canfield of Irving, TX, and Linda at home. 3 Brothers, Howard Sickels of New Castle, Pa. and Jay and John of New Philadelphia, 2 sisters, Mrs. William (Elizabeth) Byers of New Philadelphia, and Mrs. John (Alice) Alexander of Canton. She was preceded in death by a son, brother and sister. Services at First Church of the Nazarene with Revs. Russell J Long and Roy Watson officiating. Interment will be in East Avenue Cemetery. Kaserman-Naylor Funeral Home.
