Frank grew up in Little Rock, Ark., where he was raised by his grandmother Etta Bonner. Frank married the love of his life Wilma Ramsey April 3, 1976 at West Sherman Baptist Church. Frank worked for TI/MEMC from which he retired Dec. 1, 2007 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed spending his time working on computers, reading, watching sci-fi and taking care of his loving wife.
Frank was preceded in death by his nephew Tony Stephens (1974-2005) (1974-2005); his father Virgil Bonner; grandmother and grandfather Etta and William Bonner.
He was survived by his loving wife Wilma Jean Bonner; daughter Angel Wienecke and husband John of Florida; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Rev. Wayne Bonner and wife Glenda of Ft. Worth; sisters-in-law, Eva Mae Estes (1942-2010), Linda Stephens (1944-2011) and husband Tommy of Sherman, Fay Ramsey of Dexter and Judy Ramsey of Longview and sister-in-law by choice Marie Spivey and husband Allen of Sherman.
A celebration of his life was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010 at Crutchfield Heights Baptist Church in Sherman, Texas with Rev. Mike Moody officiating. A dinner followed at the reception hall.
