Georgia Ewing was born on December 30, 1889 in Colorado to John Dudley Ewing and Lenora Alice Compton. In 1917 she married Edwin John Walters and together they had six children: Rosina, Mary, Edwin John Jr., Patricia, Vivian, and Elizabeth. She lived with Parkinson's Disease for many years and shook pretty bad. My mom tells stories of her always baking, she would put the flour in a sifter and walk across to the other counter leaving a trail of flour the whole way there. But by the time she was done her floor would be spotless again. She enjoyed thrift stores and swap meets. Georgia died on February 20, 1977 in Seattle, Washington.
