Mrs. Frank Vondrachek, 82, a resident for 13 years at St. Mary Home, Manitowoc,
died Sunday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev.
Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mrs. Vondracheck, the former Mary Foreyt, was born Oct. 13, 1884, at Reedsville,
daughter of the late Frank and Mary Jerabek Foreyt. She was married June 15, 1909,
to Frank Vondrachek at Reedsville. He died May 17, 1911. She moved to Manitowoc
in 1923 and from 1935 until 1955 resided with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph J. Siebold of Two Rivers. She was past president of the St. Anna
sodality of St. Mary Catholic Church, Reedsville.
Survivors are the daughter, Mrs. Siebold, a brother, Steve, of Reedsville, five
grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Two brothers and two sisters preceded
her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday where at 8 pm. the
Rosary will be recited.
