Mrs. Mary Strodthoff, 94, of 701 Marshall St., 94, of 701 Marshall St.,
Manitowoc. Died Friday afternoon at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. N. W. Kock will officiate and burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Strodthoff, nee Mary Frosch, was born Oct. 15, 1876, at Newtonburg,
daughter of the late Louis and Mary Marek Frosch. She was married to John
Strodthoff in the Town of Newton. He husband preceded her in death Feb. 22,
1932.
Survivors include two sons, Reuben of Manitowoc and Clarence of Two Rivers,
three daughters, Mrs. Lila Klug of Green Bay, Mrs. Edward Koch of Manitowoc
and Mrs. Edward Bergene of Rt. 1, Newton, a brother, William of Kingsford,
Mich., 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A daughter, Mrs. Edna Rank, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m.
Sunday until noon Monday and then at the church until the time of service.
