FLORIAN STRADAL
Florian Stradal, 75, of 1014 N. 13th St., Manitowoc died Saturday morning at
Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. Leo Schmitt will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Stradal was born Dec. 16, 1898, at Branch, Wis., son of the late Peter J.
and Katherine Dufek Stradal. He was a lifelong Manitowoc County resident and
was graduated from Washington High School of Manitowoc with the Class of 1916.
He married Claire Meany Dec. 27, 1947, at Manitowoc. He entered employment at
Invincible Metal Furniture Co. on Jan. 1, 1921 and served as secretary and
treasurer since 1926. He was a member of the Rotary Club of which he was a past
president. He as a charter member and past president of the Lakeshore Traffic
Club and Izaak Walton League, Manitowoc Chapter. He was also a member of the
Camera Club, Masonic Lodge, No. 65 and the B.P.O.E. No. 687.
Survivors include his wife, a brother, Louis, of Manitowoc and nieces and nephews.
A sister, Mrs. Clara Lakatos, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, where a Masonic
service will be held at 730 p.m.
