Smith, Ramona C. (Boteler), 74 of Tampa departed this life on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 under the care of Lifepath Hospice. She was born on December 5, 1928 in Washington, D.C. She was preceded in death by her son, Clyde Wayne. She is survived by her husband, Cldye S. Smith; daughter, Sandra L. Schreckengost and her husband, George (Butch); two grandchildren, Scott Santmyer and his wife, Krista; and Traci L. Willingham and her husband, Mike; two sisters, Marian and Gina; four great-grandchildren, Melanie, Olivia, Darien and Jon; two brothers-in-law, Charles Edwin Smith, his wife Rena and Glenn C. Smith and his wife Patricia; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Ave. with Majors Esmeralda and Harry Lescano and Commissioner Paul S. Kellner of The Salvation Arm officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lifepath Hospice in her memory.

She shares stone with her living husband and her son Wayne, is buried next to her.
