Mr. Robert E. Poradek, 58, of 727 N. 12th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday, March 6,
1988 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 am
Tuesday at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and 11 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church,
Manitowoc. The Rev. John Pawelski will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial
and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Poradek was born June 6, 1929 in the Town of Brazeau, Wisconsin, son of the
late Rudolph and Mildred Chard Poradek. He was currently employed at Manitowoc
Company and had worked there since 1958. He married Dorothy Golata, November 10,
1956 at Manitowoc. Mr. Poradek was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; three children, Roberta Poradek, Nicholas
(Anne) Poradek and Philip Poradek, all of Manitowoc; three brothers, Francis (Midge)
Poradek of Milwaukee, Ronald (Hazel) Poradek of Little Suamico and Bernard (Charlotte)
Poradek of Milwaukee; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a
brother, Rudolph Poradek Jr.
