The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Czelusniak Funeral Home of Northampton. Funeral services will be Monday morning from the Czelusniak Funeral Home of Northampton at 8:45 a.m. with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, School St., Hatfield. Burial with military honors will follow in Main St. Cemetery, Hatfield. Donations in Franks memory may be made to the Hatfield American Legion Post 344, Elm St., Hatfield, Mass. 01038.
