Services for Glen Golden McNeley, 83, of 2510 Adams Street, who died of cancer Friday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Westover Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memorial Gardens.
A native of Winterset, Iowa, Mr. McNeley lived in Des Moines 65 years. He was a self employed interior decorator until he retired in 1960. He was a member of the First Unitarian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie, two daughters, Joanne Middleton of Des Moines, Iowa and Neysa Picklum of Cedar Falls; a son, James of Shiprock, New Mexico, and two sisters, Mildred Rohde of Los Angeles, California and Evelyn Myers of Boise, Idaho.
Visiation will be after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family request that any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
