ELMER A. LUCKOW

Elmer A. Kuckow, 70, a former Manitowoc resident, now residing at 1318 Marshall Ave., Cleveland, Wis., died Saturday afternoon, December 26, at Sheboygan, as the result of an automobile accident.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Reformed United Church of Christ, Manitowoc. The Rev. Alfred Klumb will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Luckow was born Jan. 10, 1911, in the Town of Newton, son of the late Albert and Eugenia Boldt Luckow. He was a lifelong Manitowoc county resident. He married Evelyn Rauber July 7, 1934, at Manitowoc. She preceded him in death March 29, 1977. He married Valeria Blanke May 20, 1978, at Cleveland. Mr. Luckow was a retired painter-contractor by trade and a 25 year member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706.
Survivors include his wife, Valeria; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and JoAnn Luckow of Francis Creek and Kenneth and Nancy Luckow of Manitowoc; a brother, Irving Kluckow of Newton; a sister, Mrs. Mathias (Violet) Reinertson of route 2, Reedsville; four granddaughters, Diane, Sandra, Terry and Kathryn Luckow; a stepson, Kerry Blanke; two stepdaughters, Mrs. William (Kay) Klemme and Miss Patty Blanke and two step grandchildren, Kevin and Ryan Klemme. A brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home at 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon and at the church from noon Tuesday until the time of service.
