Malcolm C. Kenney January 18, 2012 Malcolm C. Kenney, 79, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday while visiting family in Florida. Malcolm was born in Waltham, MA, and had resided in Syracuse for most of his life. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. For many years, Malcolm was a local bread baker and retired from Patrician's Bakery. Following his retirement, he operated a craft shop with his wife and daughter in New Port Richey, FL. He was a member of Midler Ave. Wesleyan Church. His wife of 55 years, Marilyn, in 2008, and his granddaughter, Jennifer Mintz, in 2010, predeceased him. Survivors include his daughters, Sherry (Marc) Mintz and Rhonda (Mike) Cabrinha; his sons, Michael and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Apryl (Jason) Carritt and Casey and Corey Cabrinha; his great-grandson, Jacob Carritt; his sister, Gloria Sylvia; and his special friend, Joyce Prince. Calling hours will be 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, January 28, at the Midler Ave. Wesleyan Church, 511 S. Midler Ave., Syracuse. Services will follow at 3 pm.
