1st Lieutenant William Huskey of Norman, Oklahoma was the electronic officer on a B-52 training flight that originated at Loring Air Force Base, Caribou, Maine. The plane plunged to the earth approximately 10 miles south of St. Paul, Minnesota, in a rural part of Dakota County known as Inver Grove Heights. With the exception of the navigator, all on board were killed including Huskey and:
