Jean N. Ludwikowski, 96, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Point Place Care and Rehab Center. She was born December 11, 1918, in Toledo and was the daughter of Burt and Angeline (Gralak) Zydel. Jean was a longtime member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Altar Rosary Society and many other activities of the church. She was also a member of the Retired Toledo Police Association.

Survivors include her dear friend, Nora Nowak and friend and neighbor, Phyllis Cartwright. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Ludwikowski, a retired policeman and deacon at Blessed Sacrament and her brother, Joseph Zydel.

Friends may visit from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue, (between Secor and Douglas Roads). The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, with Monsignor Michael Billian officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Most Blessed Sacrament Church or the Toledo Police Museum.
