John Francis "Jack" Zenko, age 84, of Pembine, WI died Tuesday February 9, 2016, at Golden Living Center in Florence, WI. He was born in Beecher, WI on May 30, 1931, son of Frank and Ann (Milavic) Zenko.
Jack is survived by his sister, Jane Schubilski;
sister-in-law, Carol Jean (Jim) Butzler;
a niece and three nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bill.
Jack started Telstar Realty in Pembine and operated successfully for many years then operated JFZ appraisals where he was also a certified Wisconsin and VA appraiser.
Jack also served in the United States Air Force and was a longtime member of the Pembine volunteer Fire Department. Jack loved to golf, garden, fish and took pride and enjoyment in his great nieces and nephews, watching them grow up and hear of their new adventures. Jack will be missed dearly by his family and friends and fondly remembered for a lifetime of experiences.
A Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday June 11, 2016, at St. Margret Catholic Church in Pembine. Family and friends may call from 10 am until the time of Mass at church on Saturday. Interment will be in the Pembine Cemetery.
