Barbara Ann Zappa, 70, of Palm Coast, FL, formerly of New City, NY and Middletown, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern.

The daughter of the late William and Charlotte Bueltman, Barbara was born April 27, 1938 in Yonkers, NY.

Barbara was a dance instructor at the Arthur Murray Dance Studios, where she met her future husband, Aldo. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Barbara enjoyed entertaining, reading and decorating her home, but more than anything, she loved being with her family. She will be sorely missed by both her family and her many friends.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Aldo, at home; three daughters: Lynn Niebour and her husband, Paul and Terry Taibi and her husband, Joe, both of Monroe, and Donna Delardi and her husband, George of Central Valley. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren: Rachel, Lauren, Joey, Samantha, Emily, Nick, Drew, Zac and Ava; her brother, Gerald Bueltman of Palm Coast, FL, as well as several nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her brother, William Bueltman.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Smith, Seaman and Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe, NY.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 13, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 21 Still Rd., Monroe, with the Rev. Dr. Dwayne H. Mau officiating. Cremation will take place in Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or www.stjude.org.
