Surviving are a daughter, Mary Kosbob of Oswego ; a son, Frank Regan of Oswego ; a brother, Thomas Zanca of Virginia; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services are 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 124 W. Fifth St., Oswego , and 9 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church. Burial is in St. Paul's Cemetery in Oswego .
