LINDA ZABLER
Mrs. Gregory (Linda L.) Zabler, 44, of 1233 S. 19th Street, Manitowoc, died Saturday evening, January 12, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Parkside Funeral Home. The Rev. Tony Hough will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Zabler was born February 22, 1940, at Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, daughter of Chester Sr. and the late Violet Walther Walker. Mrs. Zabler was educated in Sheboygan and Manitowoc School System, graduating from Lincoln High School with the Class of 1985. Linda and her husband Gregory owned and operated The Pan Tree Restaurant in Manitowoc. She married Gregory Zabler on April 8, 1978, at Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Mrs. Zabler was a member of Twin Cities Baptist Church, Manitowoc and Baptist Womens Organization.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory; a daughter, Peggy Raether of Manitowoc; her father and step mother, Chester Sr. and Wilma Walker of Sturgeon Bay; a brother and a sister-in-law, Chester Jr. and Diana Walker of Oak Creek; two step sisters Harriet Maedke of Sturgeon Bay and Linda Martinson of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph Jr. and Joyce Zabler of Manitowoc and other relatives and friends also survived. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Raether.
Friends may call at Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
