Her warm heart and caring soul will be with us forever. Born Betty Louise Yarian on June 24, 1933 to Clyde and Twila Yarian in Sharon, PA, Betty grew up in the small
town of Charleston attending a one room schoolhouse. After graduating High School and marrying Charles Finkbeiner in 1952, she went on to graduate in 1954 from Sharon
General Hospital nursing school with a License in Practical Nursing, and worked for 16 years at the Shenango Valley Hospital, Farrell, PA. In 1973, Betty married Jim Davis,
the love of her life. Moving to Mesa, Arizona in 1976, Betty worked at Mesa Lutheran Hospital from 1976 - 1997, when she semi-retired due to a work related injury. She
continued to teach classes for in-home care, and worked various part-time positions in the health care field until 2001. Betty is survived by her sister Rosemarie Michal (Russ) of Mercer, PA, and four children: Jenifer Finkbeiner, Mesa, AZ; Susan Snowball, Mesa, AZ; Diane O'Brien (Gerry), Glendale, AZ; and Jeff Finkbeiner (Sandy) Gilbert, AZ; four grandchildren - Jeffrey, Christina, Travis, Eric; and 5 great-grandchildren; as well as

Everyone who knew Betty, for either a short period or a long term friendship, knows what a huge heart she had and what a joy she was to spend time with; Always a kind
word, a quick wit, and a helping hand, unselfishly going out of her way to take care of others. She will be greatly missed, and will be held in our hearts forever. Visitation will be from 1 -3 PM on Monday, June 29th at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Blvd, Chandler, AZ with services immediately following.
