WRIGHT. Carol (Harrison) Wright, 81, of South Glastonbury, wife of the late Edwin C. Wright, died Saturday (October 11, 1997) at home. She was born in Hartford, and had been a lifelong resident of Glastonbury.
For a time, she was employed in the Glastonbury Tax Collector's Office. She was a member of the Congregational Church of South Glastonbury for over 50 years, the Glastonbury Grange, and a former member of A.A.R.P., South Glastonbury. Mrs. Wright is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Nancy and Howard Taubner of Granby, Susan and Massino Dezzani of Acton, MA; a sister and brother-in-law, Bernice and Richard Soderquist, of East Hartford; four grandchildren, and a niece.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, 11 a.m., at t he Glastonbury Funeral Home, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Green Cemetery, Glastonbury. Calling hour will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, 10 a.m. until time of service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Congregational Church of South Glastonbury, 16 High St., South Glastonbury, 06073 or to the Glastonbury Volunteer Ambulance, P.O.
