Born April 20,1953. Passed away at his sister's home March 1, 2012. Donald struggled with Cancer for 12 years. Never letting it get him down and always having a positive attitude that he would overcome the battle. Survived by Mother Alice M. Worden of Spokane. Sister Linda M. Moe (Sissy) and Brother-In-Law Earl L. Moe of Spokane. One Daughter Chelsea M. Worden of Spokane and one Granddaughter Madison (who meant the world to him). One Niece Kimberly A. Scott of Spokane (Little Kimmie who he loved and adored). One Nephew Michael L. Dury of Nine Mile Falls, Wa. (who he admired and greatly loved). Several Cousins, Great Nieces and Great Nephews. He had a one Aunt Doris Worden of Canada who he loved, in a very special way. Donald was preceded in death by his Baby Sister in 1952 and his Father Nelson G. Worden in 1998 who also passed away from Cancer. Donald was also close to his Grandparents Gus and Ellen Ottoson of Colbert, WA and his Grandmother Mae Worden of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. One Aunt Vera Ottoson of Spokane. Donald was married to Kelly Jacobs for 3 years, but actually were together for 10 years. Donald had a beloved girl friend Tami Burke that were together for 12 years but actually were good friends for 26 years. He worked in construction for years. Donald loved working as a mechanic. He had his own business Don's Sales and Service. He also loved being in the outdoors. Donald Graduated from Deer Park High School in 1972. Donald developed a long life friendship with a classmate Don Forkner of Deer Park, Wa. He looked up to his friend Don, who always was there for him. Donald greatly admired him for this. Donald also had a long time friend Jeff Schramn. A Memorial Service at his grave site at Riverside Memorial Park on March 7, 2012 at 1:00 with a Potluck Dinner following at his sisters home at 6 E. Regina Ave. Spokane. The Family extends a Special Thanks to the Staff at Family Home Care and Hospice of Spokane for their excellent care and support. We would like to especially send thanks to his Nurse Shannon and the Chaplin Paul.
