"Chattanooga Times" 8 Mar 1982: COPE - MRS. ANNA "KAY," 62, of 8104 Angie Drive, Chattanooga, died Sunday in a local hospital. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, General Forrest Cope, Chattanooga; daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Gilley, Houston, Texas; son, Michael Forrest Cope, Chattanooga; two brothers, William Witt Jr., Phoenix, Ariz., and Eugene Witt, St. Marys, Pa.; sister, Mrs. Lorene Saulter, Coudersport, Pa.; three grandchildren, several half brothers and sisters. Services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Dr. Jerry Songer officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today and Tuesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S. Moore Road.
