Carolyn Naugle, 78, of Pikes Creek, passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday, April 29, 2017.
Mrs. Naugle was born in Nanticoke on July 2, 1938, and was the daughter of the late Theodore and Chesterine Janusziewicz Wisneski.
She enjoyed spending special time with family, especially her children and six grandchildren whom she adored and was always there for. She also enjoyed tending to her many flower gardens.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her young son, William Naugle III; her sister Marie Daniels; and brothers, Chester, Teddy and Tony Wisneski.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 59 years, William Naugle; daughters, Lisa Notturno, Redford, Mich.; Mary Karpa and her husband, Zigmund, Birdsboro; son, Kevin Naugle and his wife, Jennifer, Pikes Creek; and grandchildren, Frank Notturno, Amanda, Jessica and Shelby Karpa, and Kyle and Keera Naugle.
A prayer service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday from Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., corner of state Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with the Rev. Alex Roche of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church officiating.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Pikes Creek.
