James Wirey
Services for James Wirey, 82, Indianapolis, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Farley Mann Road Funeral Home, where friends may call until 9 tonight and from 9 a.m. until services tomorrow. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh. Wirey, who died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital, worked for Lilly Industrial Coating 38 years. He retired in 1965 as a foreman. He was a member of Modern Woodmen of American. Survivors – wife Marie; sons James Jr., Robert, Richard; daughter Louise Crouch; sisters Edell Burton, Lucille Miller.

Born in Brown County, he lived in Indianapolis most of his life and was a member of Modern Woodmen Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Mary [Marie] Swift Wirey; three sons James Jr., Robert, and Richard Wirey; and a daughter, Louise Crouch.
