Mrs. Felicia (Winterhalter) Blell, aged 77 years and 1 day, died of complications at 7:15 p.m. Monday at her home, 1109 Elm Street. She had been failing for some time. She was the widow of Joseph Blell, who died 42 years ago, and was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. She was born in Baden, Germany, and lived in this country the greater part of her life. Surviving are three children, Joseph Blell Jr., Katie Blell, Rose, wife of John Bitzer, all at home, two grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. George Faller, and one brother, John Winterhalter, this city.
