Elizabeth Bryan Willson, 80, retired owner of Libbie of Lexington, died Wednesday, March 13, 2003. A long-time resident of Lexington, she was a daughter of the late Jack B. and Mary Heron Bryan. She was a member of Christ Church Cathedral Episcopal Church, a charter and life member of the Blue Grass Orchid Society, and was an accomplished needle-woman, having originated the first needlepoint belt. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. L. Hall (Rebecca Bryan) Hollingsworth; a niece, Mrs. John A. (Leigh H.) Bloomfield; nephews, J. Berkeley (Patricia) Hollingsworth, Bryan H. (Anne) Hollingsworth; great nieces and nephews, Heron and Taylor Hollingsworth, Elizabeth and Zack Bloomfield, and Keeley and Hall Hollingsworth, all of Lexington. Services will be 2:30 PM Monday at Lexington Cemetery, conducted by The Rev. William R. McDuffie. Casket bearers will be Bryan Hollingsworth, John A. Bloomfield, Berkeley Hollingsworth, Zack Bloomfield, and Hall Hollingsworth. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Sunday at W.R. Milward Mortuary-Broadway. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Dr, Lexington, KY, 40504.
