Barbara Ann Collins Williams, 68, of Orange Park passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at Haven Hospice in Orange Park following a lengthy illness. A native of Lake City, Barbara Ann was the daughter of the late Algia B. Collins, Sr. and Cleavy Wheeler Collins, and was a graduate of Columbia High School Class of 1965. Barbara Ann was a NASCAR fan, Atlanta Braves fan, loved watching college football, and was of the Baptist faith.
Barbara Ann is survived by 1 son, 2 daughters, 1 brother & sister-in-law.(Names of living withheld per FAG guidelines)
Funeral services for Barbara Ann were held at July 21, 2016 at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel; Interment followed at Memorial Cemetery in Lake City.
