Funeral Services for Mary Maybelene Gregg "Meme", 75, of Conroe, Texas will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. in The Chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors with the Rev. Ray Hyden officiating. Interment will follow in Willis Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the funeral home. Mrs. Gregg was born on December 22, 1938 in Leesville, Louisiana to Paul and Alpha Mae Williams. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at her home in Conroe . Mrs. Gregg and her husband, Dale were married on June 15, 1962 in Mineral Wells, Texas and together they raised three beautiful children. She worked for CISD for many years before retiring in 1995. After retirement, Mrs. Gregg worked for Lighthouse Daycare in Willis, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; Paul and Alpha Mae Williams; sisters and brothers, Lillian Williams, Ethel Galloway Williams, Hubert Williams, Otho Williams and Irene Williams; and her dear granddaughter, Katherine Gregg. Mrs. Gregg is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Dale Gregg; her children, Kenneth Dale Gregg and wife, Desirae, Gina Atkinson and Chad Gregg and wife, Misty; her sisters, Gertrude Moore, Polly Vanckhoven, Annette Turner and Tommy Lee Williams; her grandchildren, Ashley Atkinson, Justin Atkinson, Chelsea Wallace and husband, Bryan, Michael Gregg, Lauren Gregg, Ian Gregg, Erin Gregg and Kellan Gregg; numerous other dear relatives and friends also survive.
