Major General Ezekiel Williams, chief of staff of the thirtieth division, National Guard, Fort Scriven, Georgia, died late last night at Walter Reed hospital here, hospital attendants said today. He was removed to the hospital from his Georgia post about a month ago. General Williams, a world war commander, was 58 years old.
