Christine Widener, age 77 passed away March 9 at her daughter's home in Uniontown, OH. She was born December 26, 1930 in Lot, KY.
She was preceded in death by her father, Julius Baldwin; mother, Nanny Elizabeth Canada Baldwin; husband, James Elbert Widener.
She is survived by her sons, James Randal Widener, David Clark Widener; daughters, Sandy Triplett, Mary Lee Webb; sisters, Carry Bryant, Naomi Widener; ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral services were held March 13 at the Harp Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Yancey officiating. Interment was in the Douglas Cemetery.
Harp Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
