Mrs. May Adams
Downs-[PNS]-Mrs. May Adams, 86, a native of Old Town Township, died Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ruben King, at Fort Thomas, Ky.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. [daylight] Monday at the Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Downs.
She was born April 30, 1865, in Old Town Township, daughter of Jermimah and Lucinda Whitcomb. She was married to I.M. Adams Jan 1, 1885.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. King and Mrs. Frank J. Welch of Lafayette, Ind.; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. E. C. Williams of Downs and Mrs. Frances Goodrich, of Gibson City and one brother, W. A. Whitcomb of Orlando, Fla.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
