MIDDLEBURY — Mildred W. Breedon, 95, formally of Woodside Heights, passed away on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at the Glendale Center in Naugatuck. She was the wife of the late E. Robert Breedon.

Mildred was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Sept. 25, 1913. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Minnie (Beyerkohler) Westrich. She worked for the Waterbury tax office as a tax clerk for many years until her retirement.

She is survived by two daughters, Marie and her husband, Edwin Soltysiak, of Orange, and Ruth George of Milford; two grandchildren, Mark Soltysiak and Linda Foster; and one great-granddaughter, April. Predeceased by two sisters, Marie Westrich and Marie Jaspers.

Arrangements: Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, Sept. 18, 2009, at Old Pine Grove Cemetery, 390 Meriden Road, Waterbury, at 11:00 a.m. There are no calling hours.
