. . Travis Wyer has arrived from Plymouth, Ill., called here by serious illness of his father, John Wyer, who had stroke paralysis Wednesday.

DEATHS
Wyer--J. W. Wyer died at the home of his brother, Wm. Wyer, Saturday morning, Oct. 25, following a stroke of paralysis. Had he lived until Nov. 16, he would have been 75 years old. Mr. Wyer came here last January and has made his home since that time with his brother William. The body was taken to Augusta, Ill., early Sunday morning, and the funeral held there Tuesday afternoon. His 2 sons, Paul and Travis, accompanied the body to Augusta. Mr. Wyer is survived by 6 sons and 3 daughters.
