Leola Florence Dove of Creswell, OR passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the age of 92. Leola was born October 23, 1921 in Ewing, Nebraska to Leo and Florence Weiler. She married Orville Beardsley in July 1949 in Reno, NV. They had three children; Renee, Curtis and Dana. They later divorced. Leola married JC Dove in September 1976. Leola lived and worked in the Albany/Lebanon area until 2008, when she moved to the Creswell area to be closer to her daughter. She lived under the loving care of Linda Nored at Ann's Foster Home in Eugene for the past 5 years. Leola attended both the Creswell Church of the Nazarene and the Glenwood Christian Church.
Leola is survived by her son, Curtis, and his wife Terri Beardsley of Judsonia, AR; and her daughter, Dana and her husband, Mike Ufford of Creswell, OR. She has 5 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Renee, in September 1991 and her husband, JC, in April 2010.
