Margaret was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson HAMMONDS and Mary Elizabeth HALE.
She married Henry WATSON on December 24 1868 in Greene Co., Alabama. To them was born Thomas Henry Thedford WATSON.
The family then moved to Leon Co., TX in 1871. Henry and Margaret had twins that August, however only the boy (James Jefferson WATSON) survived. They would have seven more children; Bill, Dave, Sam, Foster, Robert, Mollie and Annie.
They moved to Freestone Co., TX by 1920 and lived on 11th Street in Teague.
I have yet to find a death certificate for either Henry or Margaret. They were my paternal Great-Great GrandParents.
