Yvonne Winnifred Smith, a Prineville resident, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010 in Prineville, Ore. She was 82 years of age. A Private burial will be held at Juniper Haven Cemetery in Prineville, Ore.

Yvonne was born in Bend, Ore., on December 20, 1928 to Lawrence and Florine (Bebeau) Warner. Yvonne enjoyed teaching ceramic class in Prineville for many years. Yvonne was married to Wallace L. Smith for over 25 years. They were married on August 29, 1972. She also was a member of the Eagles Club in Prineville and of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Yvonne is survived by one son Chuck and his wife Debi Rauscher of Terrebonne.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wally in 1996, her parents, and two brothers.

Arrangements are in the care of the Prineville Funeral Home.
