Dale-11 Irving Warner is the son of Russell-10 Lewis Warner and his wife Kathryn Elizabeth Crippen. Both parents are deceased.

2 WARNER siblings: Jane Charlotte and Mary Elizabeth.

Dale was born in Williamston, Ingham, Michigan on February 3, 1941, and resided in Leslie and Eaton Rapids, Michigan. He also resided in San Francisco and now in San Jose, CA.

Eaton Rapids High School, Eaton, MI, Valedictorian. Republican. Lawyer; alternate delegate to Republican National Convention from Michigan, 1964; member of Michigan State House of Representatives 56th District, 1967-74. Member, Phi Kappa Phi; Delta Chi; Sons of the American Revolution; Phi Eta Sigma; Lions. Member of the Mayflower Society.

He graduated from Michigan State University (1962) and The University of Michigan Law School (1965). Served in Michigan legislature (1967-1974). Practiced federal administrative law (immigration) in San Francisco and San Jose (1979-2004). Served on three San Jose citywide commissions and numerous community boards.

He was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in 1983. He contributed about 10% of his time to the community through various pro bono programs.

The July-August 1999 issue of San Jose Magazine announced the results of a surprise local poll it took among lawyers, and Dale Warner was listed among the eight "best" local immigration lawyers, or one of "the eagles others in their flock allege they would flock to, if they needed some legal advice."

The July 2001, May 2002, and July 2003 issues of San Jose Magazine also reported polls of attorneys, and Dale Warner won recognition in each poll as one of the top 300 attorneys in Silicon Valley and one of the top six in the field of immigration law.
