She is survived by her parents, Waldron E. and Betty J. Fowler; daughter, Sarah Warner; husband, Michael Warner; sister, Cathleen Fowler of Texas, Tina Fowler of Toledo; brother, David (Cindy) Fowler, of Toledo; nieces, Michelle and Cassie Fowler.
