"Alma F. Alexander, 75, ­formerly of Lititz, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 in Orwigsburg Center. She was the wife of Merle D. Alexander, who died November 28, 2006.

Born in Lititz, she was the daughter of the late Aaron S. and Agnes M. (Gockley) Wanner. She was a press operator for Federal Mogul Inc., Lancaster from 1976 to 2000.

Alma is survived by three sisters: Ella M., widow of Pasquale Evangelista, and Rose M., widow of Irving Smith, both of Hamburg; and Violet J., wife of Robert Steffy, Akron, PA; and one brother: David L. Wanner, Ellwood City, PA. She was predeceased by five brothers: Paul, Leon, Melvin, Aaron and John Wanner; and two sisters: Grace Heisey and Irene Mertz.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 Second Lock Road, Lancaster.
