Mary Etta Walker, age 84, died Wednesday in the Montgomery County Hospital.
Surviving are her husband, Edward Walker; four daughters, Thelma Woods, Aileen Gilmore, both of Christiansburg; Mattie StClair, Chesterfield; Virginia Cagle, Tenn.; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Brammer, Mrs. Ella Deeds, both of Ellett; Mrs. Edith Thomas of Roanoke; four brothers, W. D. Wood, Richard Wood, both of Christiansburg; John Wood, Frank Wood, both of Princeton, W. Va.; three step-children; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday from the Alleghany Church of Christ, conducted by Mr. Sonny Furrow, with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
